Worthy Cause Wednesday
Alex is a 5-year-old with an infectious smile, a huge heart, and a lifelong love for cars—especially race cars. After a bumpy start in life, Alex was diagnosed with a rare form of liver cancer. Following a liver transplant and ongoing chemotherapy, he’s doing incredibly well and continuing his journey toward recovery.
Through every hospital visit and treatment, cars have been Alex’s greatest source of joy. His wish is to experience the thrill of fast cars— forget about illness and simply enjoy a day of excitement, freedom, and happiness.
We’re inviting 100 WishMakers to donate $100 each to help grant Alex’s wish. Together, this community-powered effort will raise $10,000, the average cost of a wish—and show Alex and his family that their community is cheering him on.
For every referral I receive, I donate a portion of the Commission to Make A Wish Foundation. Tens of thousands of volunteers, donors, supporters, advance the Make-A-Wish vision to grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a critical illness.
