Dear Michael, This letter is written in response to your request for additional comments on your Service Survey. In just about every aspect of business, there are individuals who say that they can do and will do their job no matter what service or industry, and with this past year including the first purchase of Pepper to the construction and sale of Pepper, we had the unpleasurable experience from just about everyone who stuck their hand in our pocket, yet would not fulfill any of their promises.
We had thrown a difficult sale at you with the expectation that you would sell it because as we all know, there was no other option. Any normal person would have declined, and actually most of the other individuals involved in the sale did decline because of its difficulty. You went above and beyond the call of duty to sell this property for us. I don’t want to include everything that you did do (the other realtor’s job!) because everyone else would expect that same service from you, but had it not been for your continued dedication taking everyone else’s lack of responsibility and did not only your job but their job to make sure we sold this property, Escrow would have never closed. You were the only one who had walked the walk and actually cared. You knew the burden and crisis that we were facing because no one else would do their job, and for that we will always be indebted to you. You weren’t joking when you say “All Service”…
There are very few people left in this world who actually do what they say they’re going to do, and we’re lucky enough to know that you are one of them.
